Happy Birthday Adam!

Adam is almost the quintessential Cytherean angel: he’s a transgender male, he’s gay, he had a rather sheltered upbringing in the Rock Springs colony–an area south of Jackson that saw frequent bandit activity–and he’s crafty. His skills lie more in sewing, photography, crafting, and styling than in fighting–however, he learned how to conceal himself, how to track, how to trap and hunt, and how to defend himself in hopeless situations.

Happy Birthday Gin!

If I were to describe Alice’s style as 2000s goth, then Gin’s would be emo-punk. It’s almost as if their fashion choices reflect their wishes; Alice wishes she that she didn’t care or worry as much, while Gin wishes she were more rebellious. We’ll watch both Valentine girls mature in Taurus, as the book focuses on their court.

Who’s Who: Zahra of the Amazon Prowl

Even though her father expects Zahra to follow in his footsteps and join L.O.R.E., she actually wants to go to a prestigious university and play football. She has been scouted by several colleges, but her sights are set on Brigham Young.

Happy Birthday Chloe!

Chloe loves group activities. She helps Isaac organize game night, attends every McKnight concert, and finds herself right at home among a herd of deer or an assortment of birds. Though quiet whenever she focuses on her ability, Chloe is very extroverted. She’s been doing her best to rub her outgoing nature off on Gin and Zoey, her two favorite girls in the world. She hasn’t realized yet that Zoey is jealous of all the time Chloe spends with the psychic.

Happy Birthday Aria!

The big sister that everyone wants. Sweet, kind-hearted, positive, open-minded, talented, intelligent, and beautiful. Her only downfall is that she can be a bit spacey–otherwise, she always has her friends’ backs.

Happy Birthday Isaac!

Isaac is the more reserved of the Callahan brothers, and the more creative one in terms of food. Noah sees cooking and baking as a fun little hobby that doubles as a chore, while Isaac sees all culinary tasks as passion projects. He collects recipe books and culinary magazines, and he’s the undefeated Monopoly champion. Fun fact: Monopoly is the game that Amira, Zarina, and the Burns twins are trying to play at the beginning of Aquarius. They play the game in teams of two because they found a used version of the game that had lost the instructions, so they’ve made up several rules as they played.

Happy Birthday, Eli!

For the most part, Elijah is an easy-going and sociable character. He gets along well with most everyone, to the point where he was even able to convince Kris the healer to swing by from time to time just to chill.
