Three facts about Iggy:
- Though this isn’t common knowledge yet in the TCoLD universe, Ignacio is the fastest teleporter on Earth. He goes head to head with another porter in Book Two: Taurus.
- Even though he’s been in the coven for six years, his bond with Celia was only recognized two years ago. She tempers his impulsive and mischievous behavior.
- His sister, Nívea, is the only family he has left. Iggy and Celia visit her often.
My thoughts on Iggy:
A bit immature, Ignacio is an impulsive prankster. His jokes are all in good fun, and he knows when to back off. He comes off as an arrogant contrarian, but in reality he’s very open-minded. He just loves to debate for the sake of creating conflict. Celia has certainly reigned him in since their soul mate bond, and in return the porter has brought out the elder angel’s wild side. He’s not the best futebol player in the coven, but his teleportation gives him an edge against the opposite team.
His style of teleportation involves a flurry of wind whenever he arrives and departs; just as Tripp’s ports bring fire and Pixie’s shadows, Ignacio rides the wind to his destination. We’ll see him in action in Taurus–he and another porter will go head to head as their respective groups fight for their lives. Misunderstandings breed chaos… And sometimes, chaos brings death.
For those of you who don’t know, Ignacio is a supporting character in my trilogy Saturn Rising, which is the first installment of The Chronicles of Life & Death. The first book, Aquarius, is available now on Amazon as an e-book and paperback. You can even read it all for free with Kindle Unlimited! Learn more here.
