We’ll be diving more into Wave One of the Poseideans this month! Let’s start with Freeze.

Three facts about Freeze:

1. He convinced Chief Perish to help him introduce the other Piikáni demons to a tabletop roleplaying game he found on a scouting run. They bring the game and their character sheets to Whisper’s monthly gathering.
2. While not the first LGBT+ member of the tribe, Freeze is the first to come out as aro-ace. He has never felt sexual or romantic attraction to another person.
3. Freeze loves climbing trees and up the sides of mountains, but the acrophobia hits him once he reaches his destination. Jump says he reminds her of a cat.

My thoughts on Freeze:

Certainly one of the more easy-going members of Wave One. Freeze doesn’t feel an attachment to anyone except his tribe and his dog, Doloris. He protects the Northern Piikáni with pride and vigilance, and will even travel to the Southern Piikáni to lend aid. He has a fear of heights and spiders, and enjoys watching anime. Freeze and Merge spar often, with and without weapons. When Perish wanted to throw a surprise anniversary party for him and Leer, he tasked the other Piikáni demons with setting everything up while he kept Leer busy. Freeze nearly froze their garden over a brown recluse.
