This is the perfect option for characters that are vital to your story, such as protagonists, antagonists, and deuteragonists.
Important Note: The word count listed in the description is only for 1 character’s backstory. Each character will have their own 3000-word background, plus a sheet that has no bearing on the count.

Instructions to Buyer
You are encouraged to reach out before placing an order so that I may assist you in securing the best deal. Please send me an email with the following information:
- Your preferred format (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.)
- If you give permission for me to credit your work to you when I add it to my online portfolio. Credits can be to your real name, a pseudonym, or a username. I can also include a couple of your social links upon request.
- If you plan on publishing your ordered piece, and where: the website, blog link, name of the book, etc. All published works should be credited to me as you will be taking credit for the concept. If published online to a social media site or blog, such as Tumblr or DeviantArt, please include a link to my website with my credit, and please send me a link to your post so that I may show it some love!
- Exactly what you’re looking for. Include as many details as possible, and don’t be afraid to send reference images and links!
Once we have all that settled and you’ve decided on the specific service you’d like to order, feel free to place your order (include your name/email/username in the order notes so that I may better identify you). I’ll let you know once I have received the payment, and will begin working from there.
Once you have sent the email to natasha.penn@sistersoftheshadows.com, please allow 24 hours for a response. My response will include a basic invoice detailing your request, as well as follow-up questions to garner more information. If you want a response sooner, you can reach out with a direct message on Instagram.
Refund for services can be provided at my discretion, and only under the following circumstances:
- The finished product does not contain certain key details that were requested in writing;
- The finished product was not completed within the aforementioned timeframe, or has been delayed on three (3) consecutive occasions, allowing for reasonable accommodation at my discretion; and
- The finished product is of poor quality, i.e. contains grammar errors.
Please note that timeframes for services requested are subject to change at my discretion for any number of reasons, including creative blocks, number of orders set to fulfill, and emergency situations.
Disclaimer: Screenshots, links, and PDFs of your character’s completed sheet may be posted online as part of my portfolio. Patrons are notified via email before the post is live and are given 24 hours following the notice to request anonymity. By default, all characters are credited to the commissioner. By ordering a commission, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
